Agar Agar experiment

Agar agar 10g

Glycerine 8ml

Water 250ml

To colour cumin powder, beetroot or spirulina.

Mix agar agar and water in a pan cold make sure equally mixed. Add glycerine whilst stiring. Then turn the heat on low and stir for 15mins, it starts to become like a syrup. Once thicker pour fast but calmly onto a smooth surface, melamine or silicon, glass etc

And dry for 5 days. Make sure for sheets it is around 3mm thick and also remember it shrinks by about 40% max. And there you go have fun!
