Hello everyone,

At learnlife this new academic year we will be starting by workshops themed in skill building and coming together with our community into a marketplace where learners experiment with skills and develop projects and ideas to trade. In the following term we will revisit collaborating externally with organisations and we already have an exciting link lined up with FabLab Barcelona's SCORE project. 

We have also been converting our Urban Hub space to incorporate Fashion, Music and Visual Arts for learners to engage and tinker during the mornings, a space to detox from traditional schools and connect with natural curiosity.

Antoine who runs domingo club making open source coding and electronics available for all and incorportaing fermentation into design of sustainable solutions.

I have been contacted by mAkE and Fabcity Foundation to be part of a panel discussion on makerspaces who are currently mapping out stakeholders within the EU innovation ecosystem to contribute to the development of a common policy agenda for makers in Africa and EU. So watch this space!
