We have reached the end of the Menu and the studios are finishing with an Innovation Fair! All learners are exhibiting either in person or remote with a pitch :) The last 8 weeks learners have been working hard to produce products, ideas, pieces and plans across all our studios. The aim is impact, to innovate for others over a number of changemaking topics such as zero waste, inclusivity in art, urban design for community.

I have had the pleasure to co-create and work alongside our wonderful studio experts in terms of innovation. Some examples include a zero waste food dish, coded and fully accesible community games, toys for the blind/partially sighted, stop motion from recycled objects, music tracks for therapy use, community benches and fashion designs that combat fast fashion.
We have an authentic audience visiting per studio who will be voting alongside the LGs and experts for the winners of the innovation fair which runs alongside the Showcase this year. In the Showcase learners will be showing outputs of which they are most proud, from writing pieces to ethical branding, research projects and creative designs. Followed by a show-show event including songs, experiments and projects to name just a few!
